Early Work

The changeable landscape of Cape Cod, with its cyclical tides and changing seasons, is a continual theme in my work. These early paintings, however, also reflect years living in Boston. My approach varied slightly during this period, although my process was the same—the landscape was abstracted by bold brushstrokes and a heightened color palette.
